Hydraulic Roller Press in Cement Plant

Hydraulic Roller Press in Cement Plant

Roller press also known as extrusion mill, roller press mill, and roller mill, is a new type of energy-saving cement grinding equipment developed in the mid-1980s. It can replace the high-energy-consuming, low-efficiency ball mill pre-grinding system and reduce the cost of steel. The function of reducing consumption and working noise is suitable for new factory construction and can also be used for technical transformation of old factories to increase system output by 30-50%. After extrusion, fine materials with a diameter of 0.08mm account for 20-35%, and materials smaller than 2mm account for 65-85%. The internal structure of the particles is filled with tiny cracks due to extrusion, which greatly improves the grindability. The roller surface adopts thermal surfacing welding, and the wear-resistant layer is easy to maintain.
